The NJC Manual Chapter I, Page I Paragraph III says;

"It is impossible to reach the level closest to your inner self until you embrace your outer self.  Accept yourself for who you are, and disregard others"

Plan

Hello, brothers, sisters, children everywhere.  We have come to the point in our community where accepting each other's flaws is commonplace.  The rest of the world will one day reawaken their inner selves and, hopefully, reach the top level of enlightenment.  We can only hope and pray.  One thing that stands in the way is where the silence gets loud.  I am speaking of course of Ferocious Bloodaxe.  They will become a bigger problem if they are not stopped.  Our inside man will, of course, prove to be our most worthy weapon against these foes.  We just need to band together and come up with a plan.

Be at peace, from level 1 to level 10.
